How it works

How Sportivoo works

Sportivoo brings organisers and players together: events, sign-ups, money and messages live in one place, and something stays after the game.

For players

Find it, join it, play it

  1. Find an event

Explore shows the events near you, filtered by sport and day, as a list or on the map. Each event says where, when, how many spots are left and what it costs.

  2. Join, or go on the waiting list

If there's room, you join with one tap. If it's full, you join the waiting list and we tell you as soon as a spot opens. You can also just follow an event and write in its chat.

  3. Pay the way the organiser asks

The event says how to pay: Satispay, PayPal, bank transfer or cash at the venue. Once you've paid, tap "I've paid" and the organiser confirms it.

  4. Play, then vote

After the game, players confirm the score and vote the MVP. For the score, more reliable players' votes weigh more.

  5. See what changed

You earn XP, your level goes up, your player card updates and, in team sports, your rank moves. The Sportivoo journal tells the story of the game.

For organisers

Create the event, the rest follows

Create the event

Pick the sport, format, pitch, date, spots and fee. Public, for people nearby, or private, only for the people you invite.

Fill the spots

Share the link in your group: people with the app go straight to the event, people without it get it first. The waiting list covers anyone who drops out.

Repeat it every week

Make your regular game recurring: each new date is created a few days ahead and the regulars get the invite.

Line-ups, bench, referee

Build the teams and see whether they're balanced, add bench spots and, if you need one, a referee.

Keep track of the money

See who has paid and who hasn't, and choose when the fee is due.

No half-empty games

Set a minimum number of players: if it isn't reached, the event is cancelled an hour before and everyone is told.

Clubs and tournaments

For people who always play together

A club brings a regular group together, with its own chat and events for members only. Clubs can enter tournaments: everyone plays everyone, with a calendar and a table.

Fair play

If you sign up, you show up

Dropping out at the last minute or not turning up has consequences: no-shows get a penalty and can't join other events for a while. Players confirm the results, and reliable players' votes weigh more.
